Using your potential, you will:

• execute on the group strategy within your country/area
• have the overall responsibility for the Swedish country
• implement commercial strategies to deliver on growth plan
• act to acquire new business opportunities
• managing the existing customers and have the responsibility for the end-to end business chain
• have the responsibility to create a safe and creative working environment where our people want to develop together with the company

Your passion for leadership and business

We are seeking a Country Manager who is/has:

• an engage leader who can create efficient and highly enganged team and motivate the people that you work with to reach their full potential
• the courage to challenge established structures to take the business to the next level
• used to work with change management
• curious and driven. You don't wait for things to happen—you make them happen
• business oriented and can work both strategic and operational

In addition, we believe you have an academic degree and 4+ years of experience from broad operating organization. You have experience in working with or being responsible for budget and results. If you have experience from logistics and quality and work environment issues, we see this as a big plus.
