Are you our new Customer Service Manager?

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the Customer Service Center (the heart of the business). You will have the overall strategic responsibility for the company`s Customer Service Center and lead the team in their everyday work to deliver the most awesome customer experience ever!  We aim to make our customers feel like rockstars every step of the way!

Using your potential, you will:

  • Have the responsibility for developing and executing comprehensive customer success strategies focused on customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Manage and develop customer service with the goal of being the best in the industry.
  • Build a streamlined organization that puts our customer first.
  • Have a strong focus on collaboration and communication with the company`s sales department with the aim of always putting the customer first.
  • Build an independent team that understands the entire value chain with the goal of always addressing the customer`s needs at the first point of contact.
  • Coordinate and lead customer follow-up programs for the customer owned by customer service.
  • Develop and implement training programs for Customer Service Center employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Focus on KPIs to improve customer service processes

Your passion for leadership, customer and business

We are seeking a Customer Service Manager who is/has:

  • 5 years’ experience in managing a customer service center or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive improvements.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
